1. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions.
2. Prospectus and forms may be collected from Academic Office on payment of Rs. 200.00 only.
3. Application form should be submitted within the stipulated date.
4. Student will be selected strictly on the basis of merit. Seats are also reserved as per Government rules of OBC, SC, and ST.

1. Following documents are to be produced at the time of admission.
   • Original Marksheet, Admit Card and Certificae from the head of the Institute last attended.
   • Gap Certificate whenever necessary.
   • Three copies of passport size photographs.
   • Original Cast Certificate against reserved quota.
